We know in our atmosphere 78% nitrogen is present. But how to utilise this by the process of breathing. So, in the same way, using nitrogen is done by the help of bacteria named as Rizhobium, and Azotabacter etc. , so overall in this biological process nitrogen is converted into ammonia which is required.
