Good knowledge on hypertrophy and muscle movements. 2. Good at motivating while doing exercise and lifts. 3. Initially the plan was good and i was able to learn many aspects of fitness. 4. the session always varies as per the body flexibility and adaptability. 5. All in all the knowledge is good and it help me to improve my physicality. Negatives: 1. being punctual to time will help you and as well as you clients- you need to improve here. 2. Delay in providing plans with respect to diet and workouts. - being proactive will help 3. not tracking the client progress is also a area of concern. 4. I didn't understood the program very well. "
