Do not translate from your mother tongue to English. Think in English and speak in English. Don't hesitate; everyone makes mistakes. Practice as much as possible. Find people with similar interest who would like to speak in English like for an hour each day on several topics.
Improve your vocabulary slowly by learn 3 to 5 new words every day.

The only way to improve your communication skills is practice. You go through any videos or books, but it's of no use until you don't practice it. Try to build your vocabulary by learning and using at least five new words in a day. If possible, join an institute to improve your communication skills and make you speak to the other students by throwing group discussion topics or jam sessions, enhancing your communication skills and confidence.
