We have a pool of talent that has ramped off the workforce due to Sabbaticals and never come back. A career break in a woman's life brings a new set of challenges that need to be addressed and taken care of on an immediate basis.

My research on Integration of "Woman Life Cycle" and "Sabbatical Life Cycle" has given me a deep understanding of how we can start at least on the ground level trying to eradicate the issue.

Henceforth a Vision to turnaround female brain-drain into brain-gain across the workforce.
