"My wife and I have been training with Naresh since Apr 2019 and our experience with Naresh has been great. He is on time and punctual. It helps that Naresh has all my workouts planned. So, I do not even think about the exercises. I used to have backaches before I started working out with Naresh. Naresh's focus on getting the form right every time has helped me strengthen my core and got rid of my backaches. Would highly recommend Naresh as a PT. "

"I required a trainer to have a balanced body mass and that's when a friend suggested Naresh. He is a very good trainer who understands the needs of his clients and would have a proper knowledge of his work on an individual. He provided me with a diet and nutrition plan and made sure I worked on them. He was very cooperative as I kept fluctuating the timings due to work constraints but he had no complaints and adjusted accordingly. An amazing person, very friendly yet professional and true to his job ! Would recommend him for sure."
