As Richa Srivastava, a passionate Commerce teacher, my experience in school has been deeply fulfilling and dynamic. Teaching commerce has allowed me to not only impart knowledge about subjects like Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics but also to inspire students to see the practical relevance of these concepts in real-world scenarios. Over the years, I have worked to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment, where students feel encouraged to ask questions and develop critical thinking skills. My role goes beyond teaching; I guide my students in their academic journeys, help them prepare for examinations, and mentor them in making informed career choices in the field of commerce. I have also contributed actively to the school's development by participating in curriculum design, organizing extracurricular activities, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and students. My professional journey has been enriched by attending various workshops and training sessions to stay updated with evolving educational trends. The relationships I have built with my students, colleagues, and the broader school community have been immensely rewarding. It gives me great pride to see my students grow into confident, knowledgeable individuals, ready to face the challenges of the world.
