Schools can teach you a lot, but when it comes to an understanding, I believe personal tutoring works best for the students. Here the students can feel free to ask questions. The one-to-one connection eases the whole process of learning. So I always encourage the students to ask more questions, which allows them to understand and learn the lesson quickly. Homework will not feel like torture but it will be a fun activity.
Even students who are doing well certainly require guidance. I always make the student comfortable and start with the lessons. Following this idea has helped my students and me extensively. They can connect with me easily and clear out their doubts anytime they feel. I believe this also contributed positively when many of my students got admission to MBBS. My NEET students also admire me for my teaching technique.
