After completing my Integrated BS-MS in Life Sciences from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Tirupati, I worked as a Project Associate in a biology research laboratory. My responsibilities included designing and executing experiments, analyzing scientific data, reviewing research literature, and presenting findings through seminars and reports. In addition to research activities, I mentored junior students in laboratory techniques and assisted them in understanding core biological concepts. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. Through my research career, I developed a strong conceptual foundation in cell biology, molecular biology, and genetics. However, I found particular fulfillment in explaining scientific concepts and guiding students, which motivated me to transition toward school-level teaching.
