I have been taking tutions/coaching classes since my graduation days, and now it has become my passion. It give me immense pleasure when my students succeed in their endeavor. So far it has been a learning experience for me, by sharing my knowledge and gaining knowledge from the students as well. I believe in rigorous training when it comes to my students, not being a bookworm but a smart student. I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts. .I believe in giving clear idea of concepts and rigorous practice to my students. It is important for a student to learn how to think and not merely be spoon fed. I believe in inciting them to develop a thought driven process in their learning and also develop a practical approach towards education where they learn from real life examples and incidents and not just theory in the books.Personalized and result driven approach are essential ingredients for effective tutoring. test are conducted to check on the performance.
