Sandeep Banerjee

I have worked in Proctor & Gamble for 22 years and Pepsi for 13 Years in different capacities. In P&G, I have been a part of launch of several international brands like Whisper Sanitary Napkin, Ariel, Pantene, Head & Shoulder, Mediker, which are all market leaders in their categories today. I also had been a part of their international assignments looking after their Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan operations in 2001.

After my stint in P&G I joined Pepsico International in 2003 as a Consultant Sales Trainer and had a major role in starting their Distributor operations in Kolkata & Bihar.

In Bihar I had started the Rural Business expansion for Pepsi bringing about distribution in more than 700 rural towns through a Hub & Spoke operation.

I live in Bangalore now and would welcome anyone who would gain something from my experience of 38 years.
