I did a stint as an editor for a local English paper at HP for 5 years, polishing interpersonal communication. As a soft skill trainer at Chandigarh University, I worked for almost 9 years till my retirement in May 2025.
The experiences in these multiple roles helped me to hone people skills, persuasive communication, practical class management, and interaction with students to draw out the best in them. In the process, I have learned, relearned, and upskilled myself.
