I am passionate about entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship although my specialization is marketing. I have written many articles on management, research and general context. I strive towards student development and aims to serve the educational needs and prosperity of the student. I emphasize on optimizing creativity and high order thinking among the students and self. I have written many papers, presented and published them in both National and International level conferences. I have undertaken research projects in field of management psychology particularly pertaining to emotional quotient and motivation.
I have organized & conducted many Technical Seminars, Conferences, Symposia and workshops in the relevant areas of her specialization at National Level. I have handled key assignments at the Institution & University Levels. I am an prolific blogger, mystery shopper and researcher, and entrepreneurship consultant and trainer. I have taught subjects like Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Strategic Management, Service Marketing, etc.
I have delivered guest lectures on topics of self-branding, conflict management, the six thinking hat technique etc EQ versus IQ, etc. Pioneered a unique peer to peer knowledge sharing platform called as RVIM Knowledge Café.
