I have worked as professor of Economics, Business Management and Human Resource Management for over 37 Years at XISS, Ranchi from where i retired a couple of months back. I have also taught part time for 3 years in XLRI, Jamshedpur from 1999-2002. I was a UGC Research Scholar from the first batch of UGC NET in 1985. I was a gold medallist in Economics from Ranchi University in 1985. I have trained scores of state level bureaucrats and judicial officers at Sri Krishna Institute of Public Administration. I am a member of the Board of Studies of BBA programme at St Xaviers College Ranchi. I have also worked as a 'Resource Person' for the Finance Department of Government of Jharkhand. I conducted one research study for the 14th Finance Commission of India and represented the state as Economist in the meeting of Economists convened by the 14th Finance Commission. I have significantly contributed to writing the Jharkhand Stte Memorandum for the 13th and 14th Finance Commission. I have trained CAG Auditors in Statistical Methods. I am certified from Yale university in Financial Markets and IIT Kharagpur in Outcome based education and accreditation. I can teach Statistics and Personal Finance as well.
