Yoga needs to be done in morning rather than evening because 1.In morning u will get fresh air which is very good for Breathing exercises. 2.Kriyas has to be done in morning for better health results. 3.As u wakeUp in morning , mind will be in more control So u can feel the effect of final posture... ...more
Yoga needs to be done in morning rather than evening because 1.In morning u will get fresh air which is very good for Breathing exercises. 2.Kriyas has to be done in morning for better health results. 3.As u wakeUp in morning , mind will be in more control So u can feel the effect of final posture ,As in evening many people will be accumulated with tension,stress,pressure even if trainer is teaching physically they will be present but mental mind will be thinking their problems .So morning is best to practice.

If u dont have Instructor certfication. First complete that, then do therapist or MS or PGDYM, then Phd in yoga.
