I was Skilling Manager (lead at Pan India level) in Training and Development Team with Vocational Institutes - NGO( Educational Institutes). Bascically I was taking care of Softskills Training, Process Training, Induction and Quality Monitoring etc.
About my work experience, I have over 10 years of experience into training, where I have trained students, employees, managers, regional heads etc.
About my education I am a certifed in Train the trainer, internally certified by Tatastrive, Edubridge, Lighthouse foundation, Istar skill and development for Softskills. (Communication Skills, Personality Development, Behavioral Skill, Life skills – Values, Cognitive & Emotional Skills, Time management etc., Coaching and Counselling.) Also been trained as Master trainer from Naandi Foundation in Soft Skill, Arithmetic skills, Computer Skills, Financial Literacy, (for School level – 6th Standard to 10th Standard)
My Basic Education I have completed MBA - FInance and I have worked with ICICI bank, Aviva general Insurance, ISE stock exchange where being taking care of Process Training, Accounts opening, Cheques handling, Reconciliations, handling customer queries.
