IdentityI conduct classes for students from Class 1 to 5 across all subjects. For students in Classes 8 to 10, I teach all subjects except Mathematics, and for Classes 11 and 12 in the Arts stream, I cover all relevant subjects. Over the past 20 years, I have focused on helping students build a strong academic foundation while also developing confidence and a genuine interest in learning. My teaching is designed to make learning engaging, effective, and enjoyable for every student.
I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English and have completed multiple postgraduate diplomas and certifications in areas such as early childhood care, child psychology, special education, learning disabilities, TESOL, and language teaching. These qualifications equip me to understand and address the unique learning needs of each student, ensuring that every class is both inclusive and impactful.
Throughout my career, I have trained students across academic subjects as well as co-curricular domains like English communication, art and craft, drawing, history, geography, and travel & tourism. I have also organized and guided students through debates, elocutions, sports events, and school functions, helping them develop essential life skills alongside academic knowledge.
My experience spans diverse educational and professional settings. I have served as Headmistress, School Counsellor, and Academic Coordinator, where I managed academic programs, mentored teachers, and implemented innovative, student-centric teaching methods. I have also been a faculty trainer and curriculum designer, leading initiatives in virtual homeschooling and inclusive education to ensure that learning is accessible and effective for every student.
In addition to my educational roles, I have worked in professional training for fashion designing, travel trade, and textile industries, which has broadened my understanding of practical applications and real-world learning. This experience allows me to bring creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on approaches into my teaching.
Over the years, my contributions have been recognized through numerous awards, including India’s 100 Women Achievers Award, Indian Education Award, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Award, GTF Women Excellence Award, and many others. These honors reflect my dedication to empowering students, improving educational standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.
I conduct both online and offline classes, following a student-centric and interactive methodology. I use tools like PPTs and whiteboards to make lessons engaging and practical. My approach combines academic rigor with holistic development, ensuring that students not only excel in their studies but also grow emotionally, socially, and creatively.
