The best way to improve your English, including vocabulary and grammar, is by learning English through conversations. You learn the words and grammar in context and not in isolation. This is the method I use to teach English. Also reading storybooks meant for kids between 13 to 18 years is an excellent way of improving your conversational English. Watching English movies and listening to English songs are ways to immerse yourself in English and learn to speak the language as natives do.

You need to first learn to improve your vocabulary, grammar and sentence formation. The next step is to have a lot of practice on listening, writing and conversation exercises. If you do this with focus, you will be able to see substantial improvement in about 4 to 6 months

Hello Snigda,Skype is, indeed, a good option. But having functional connectivity is essential for a successful synchronous session. You could use a combination of sending emails, Skype, Google Duo or Hangouts or even Whatsapp to communicate and conduct classes.
