I am learning B.Com, I wanted to learn computer science but I couldn't because I have not good situation...

Every one well said here but would like to add Well it happens in teen age when taking any decision is quite difficult. I can presumed you are sound enough in you logical understanding towards a particular career as I said it happens. Here I mean that conflict of interest in particular field of study and availability. In your queries you have raised three things. One you are pursuing B. Com Second Your Situation (Financially / Academic) and Third Your Interest in learning Computer science (target is UK for pursuing this). Well I have heard somewhere If you have Lemon make Lemonade. I mean to say that There are a Lot of Career in field of Accounts and Finance which is blended with IT and the you are in Same Situation. For Example you must be heard about SAP. SAP is a kind of Platform Every Large company having this those not wanted to have here both the Finance and IT accumen needed and those having this they can RIP the market with their expertise there are so many like hundreds of Careers where you can use you both. There are thousands of lessons over internet / YouTube / various blogs by practicing them you can develop and sharp you skills and enhance your talent whether its Visual Basic, Oracle, C or C++ or JAVA or JAVA Scripts, PHP, SQL, Python, Ruby any thing and last once your are up to the Mark you will be needed certifications so you can get it through DOEACC A level, B level or C level C is regarded as MCA, its from Government body widely accepted across the industry, apart that you can go for NPTEL provides E-learning through online Web and Video courses various streams, this is venture by GOVT of India and most top IITians directly taught by them through their recorded videos and certifications exam at no cost say Rs 1000 like that and Quality is Supreme even Havard can't match this.
