As you said you don't have any experience in IT, it implies that you have lost your programming touch. So to do well in IT, you should know some of the programmings.
But now, you will have to start again and struggle a lot to learn new technologies and start as s/w developer or application developer. Also, many freshers are already there in the market which can replace you easily.
So, for people like you who have domain experience but have closed touch of programming, you can start focussing in DATA, which has a lot of requirements and jobs all around the world. When data comes lots of job profile comes, so be it Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, SQL Developer, Database developer etc.
I would advise you should focus in these sectors, and you should start learning technology, as these sectors are not just Programming centred, but domain experience, Business communication, Soft skills, etc. play a vital role. Also, there are many high paying jobs vacant in these sectors.
