"I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the services provided by a private tutor engaged to teach my son Mathematics and Science. At the time of engagement, the tutor represented himself as qualified to teach both subjects. However, it later became evident that he does not hold a science background or any relevant academic degree, raising serious concerns about his eligibility to teach Mathematics and Science. Despite collecting fees for the second month in advance, the tutor attended classes only for the first three days. Thereafter, he informed us that he would be unavailable due to a personal reason and assured us repeatedly that he would resume classes and cover the pending syllabus. Unfortunately, he never returned and failed to fulfill his commitment. During the brief period he attended, he taught only Mathematics and did not conduct a single Science session, despite this being a clear part of the agreement. This has caused significant academic disruption, especially as my son’s examinations are scheduled within the next seven days and the period also includes the Holi vacation, leaving very limited time for alternative arrangements. The lack of professionalism, non-delivery of agreed services, and failure to refund the fees taken in advance reflect extremely poor conduct. Based on this experience, I strongly advise parents and guardians to exercise caution before engaging this individual for tutoring services. This complaint is made in good faith to prevent similar inconvenience to other families. "

I would like to clarify several incorrect and incomplete statements mentioned in this review. First, the reason for my temporary absence was a serious family emergency. My grandfather passed away, and I had to travel to my village to attend the last rites and family rituals. In our culture, these responsibilities are extremely important, and it was necessary for me to be present with my family during that difficult time. I had already informed the parent that I would resume the classes after returning, and I returned on 2nd March with the intention of continuing all pending sessions and completing the syllabus. However, before I even returned, the parent called me multiple times and had already posted this review on the platform. I have been teaching for more than 7 years, and during this time I have always prioritized my students. In fact, I have often sacrificed festivals, personal commitments, and holidays to ensure that my students are well prepared for their exams. Therefore, it is disappointing to see such a review that does not reflect the full situation. Additionally, some important facts are missing from this review: The student was frequently late to classes. The student showed limited interest in learning, which also affected the pace of teaching. Despite these challenges, I still intended to continue the classes after my return and help the student prepare for the exams. This review unfortunately reflects only one side of story and ignore the genuine circumstance.
