IdentityDr. Mary George Varghese is an Assistant Professor with MES Pillai College of Education and Research, Mumbai India.
She holds Masters in Science, Masters in Education and Masters in Clinical Psychology, Master of Philosophy in Education and Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education. She is a Teacher-Educator and Corporate Trainer. She teaches Psychology at the graduate and post-graduate levels since 2003 and she is a Ph. D Guide at the University level.
Her major area of research includes Brain-based Learning, Hemisphericity, adolescent issues, diverse learners and stress. She has several major and minor research Projects funded by University of Mumbai, Indian Council of Social Science Research, India etc. Dr. Varghese has many national and International publications and she serves as editorial board member with many national and international journals.
Dr. Mary is a Practicing clinical psychologist with Carewell Holistic IHC- Mumbai and Offers: Premarital Counseling, Relationship issues, Career counseling, Disease counseling, Teenage Problems, Academic, behavioral problems and learning Disabilities.
Research: Conducting research in identified thrust- areas and contributing to scientific advancement in the field of Education. She has many funded researches from the Universities, MHRD etc.
Consultancy: Providing consultancy and advisory services to governmental, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and charitable trusts and religious organizations and corporate sector in order to assist in human resource development, organization of psychological services and research. Also conduct training programs, workshops for employees at different levels, Teaching Faculty, Scholars from different faculties and Students. Dr. Varghese is an EAP adviser and affiliate of OPTUM and Workspace Options.
