I'm doing my 2nd BSC statistics now can i join ACS course directly to the executive program?

You can only join CS Executive after completing your 3rd year. Right if you can enroll for foundation. But considering your information I would like to suggest that you should join directly executive after 1 year. There is also internship in this program. Good Luck.

How to become Company Secretary After Undergraduate?

You can register with ICSI i.e, CS Institute. There are 3 exams namely foundation, Intermediate & CS Final. You have to undergo internship training also as a part of course. Good Luck.
