IdentityI'm a writer, story teller, listener all of which cater to my role as an Educator or Teacher. Since my teen years I began guiding neighbourhood kids, have taught my siblings, as well as volunteered to tutor (part time) children who required additional assistance due to intellectually lacking staff at a local municipal school catering to the slum surrounding it. As a volunteer I taught the students and assisted the faculty in developing their communication skills along with teaching methods.

I am clear with my explanations and don't mind repeating the topic until understood by the pupil as long as they pay attention. And I will make sure I have their attention. In order to develop skills or secure marks one needs to identify their goal, when learning with me first I shall decode this goal with the pupil and then assist them in achieving the same.
