If you are studious, then you can prepare for the CS side by side. Prepare for entrance first and give your test. Because if you pursue CA, then the syllabus of B. Com. is not a significant problem for you. If you don't want to pursue CA, then prepare for competitive exams like banks, SSC, railways etc. The syllabi are very similar.
