I’m Ananda, a seasoned advertising professional with over 30 years of experience in copywriting and creative direction. My journey began in Mumbai, and over the decades, I’ve had the opportunity to work across major cities like Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata. These diverse experiences have shaped my understanding of the advertising industry and helped me evolve as a creative professional.

Currently, I work as a Senior Creative Director, where I lead creative strategies and campaigns while continuously adapting to the ever-changing landscape of advertising. My career has allowed me to work with a wide range of brands and industries, giving me deep insights into what truly makes communication effective and impactful.

A significant part of my professional journey has involved mentoring and grooming young talent. For more than a decade, I have actively guided aspiring copywriters and creative professionals, helping them refine their skills and build meaningful careers in advertising. Teaching, for me, is a natural extension of what I’ve been doing throughout my career.

My approach to teaching advertising is highly practical and industry-focused. I believe that creativity cannot be taught through theory alone—it requires observation, practice, and real-world application. In my sessions, I focus on developing ideas, understanding consumer psychology, and mastering the art of storytelling and persuasive communication.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jadavpur University, and I am fluent in Bengali and English, with a working knowledge of Hindi. This allows me to connect with students from different backgrounds and make learning comfortable and engaging.
