"I am in class 9 and I study all subjects from sir. He explains things in a very easy way and makes sure I understand properly before moving ahead. Earlier I used to get confused in many topics, but now it’s much better. He also takes regular tests which really help in exams. I feel more confident after joining his classes. "

NO, As a teacher, I’ve seen this closely. Most students don’t struggle with Maths because it’s difficult… they struggle because their foundation was never built properly.
Maths is a subject of logic, patterns, and clarity — not fear.
But when concepts are rushed, memorized instead of understood, or not explained with patience, students start losing confidence.
And once that fear builds up, even simple questions start looking difficult.
I don’t believe students are weak in Maths.
I believe they were never taught the right way.

I can understand getting less marks than you expected can be frustrating, but you can not change it now. But because of thinking about it all day you are hampering your JEE preparation. I will recommend you to meditate if possible for atleast for half an hour or you can also go to nearby community park in evening start any hobby you like (it can be painting, cooking whatever you love to do) for atleast 20 days and believe me you will overcome it.
