Sri Om Sai Yoga Centre

I am the founder of Sri Om Sai Yoga Centre and have been guiding students in Yoga and Yoga Therapy for the past 8 years. My mission is to help people reconnect with their body, mind, and breath through a balanced practice of traditional yogic principles and therapeutic techniques.

I hold certifications from S-VYASA University and am QCI certified, which adds a holistic and science-based approach to my teaching. Alongside me, two dedicated trainers with 3 to 4 years of experience each support our growing community. We also have a therapist with 7 years of expertise, ensuring that our classes cater not just to fitness, but also to healing and recovery.

Our sessions are available in all formats—home, online, and offline—making them accessible and flexible for different needs. Whether you're a beginner looking to explore yoga or someone in need of therapeutic intervention, our sessions are tailored with care and intention.

We believe in creating a personal connection with each student, understanding their lifestyle, and offering practices that support their long-term well-being. Our focus goes beyond asanas—we emphasize breathwork, mindfulness, and inner balance.
