I have 4 good years of experience in the relevant field of my teaching. My MBA Certification is from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada, wherein I stood as the topper of my batch. I worked as a Core HR Manager for quiet sometime and now have taken up content-writing as a hobby.               My teaching goal is to facilitate the students' learning to whatever they have been taught in the classroom. I can give individual attention and practical exposure to the requirement of every student. I teach students as per their syllabus and can teach in detail. I customize my teaching to the needs of the student and can cover questions that reinforce the materials covered in the syllabus. As such, being sensitive to the students' need helps me to be an effective tutor.       While teaching, I break down the concepts into easy-to-learn stuff.       I make it a rule to be always available to help if my students' have questions. Thus, it's my teaching strategy that helps me to effectively communicate with my students.
