Experienced in BPO, KPO and IT industry by partnering with Business units to develop overall business strategy and objectives. Translate the business strategy and objectives into goals, plans and measures that are aligned with business imperatives, while assuring compatibility with company's values, ethics and policies. Providing analysis and recommendations in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Talent Development, HR Shared Services, Organizational assessment management.
A Post Graduate in Management & Economics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, completed advanced programme in HRM from IIM Lucknow and a Honorary Regional Director at CASI (CSR & Sustainability Institute), a certification body for CSR & Sustainability formed with the objective to promote the cause & knowledge of CSR & Sustainability. This initiative is carried by IKON (International Knowledge Opportunities Network), a non profit registered society, he is taking care of IKON-IMPACT Social responsibility initiatives.
