I have been running Manchester Academy for the past 10 years with a vision to deliver quality coaching for students from Class 6 up to Intermediate level, including engineering entrance and competitive exam preparation. My goal has always been to offer comprehensive subject coverage, clear explanations, and personalized attention to help students gain academic confidence and perform well in exams.
With 25 years of teaching experience, I bring a deep understanding of student learning patterns and academic requirements. I am supported by a dedicated team of three other experienced educators — one with 30 years of experience, one with 15 years, and another with 10 years, all of whom bring immense value to our institute. Their qualifications include PhDs, M.Tech degrees, and dual doctorates, ensuring a high level of academic expertise at Martyn Academy.
Our approach to education is student-centric. We believe that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance and tools. Our institute follows a structured lesson plan, backed by interactive sessions to keep students engaged. We incorporate CBSE textbooks, government-recommended books, and PowerPoint presentations to enhance conceptual understanding and provide real-time clarity on difficult topics.

What makes us truly proud is the consistent success of our students. Every year, all 25 of our enrolled students successfully pass their exams, many of them with excellent scores. The positive feedback we receive motivates us to continuously improve and stay aligned with the changing academic trends and expectations of competitive exams.
I hold an M.Tech degree and am currently pursuing a Ph.D., further deepening my own academic journey alongside my teaching. This dedication to lifelong learning is something I strive to pass on to our students — encouraging them to be curious, determined, and goal-oriented.
