I am fresher but can teach the students technically and adequately so that they can grab the things fast and didn't forget it quickly. I always prefer to explain the things practically so that people can catch it quickly.
I had just completed my graduation from computer science. It is a vast field. One who wants to build their career in the technical area has to make their basics so secure that it will help him/her in future. Not about computers, if you want to score more than you have to work on your basics first. I always start the things from the very basics. If the student already knew about the concepts than I asks some questions and then will decide where I have to start the topics.
