"I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor response and service provided by your Faridabad branch, which has caused significant inconvenience to my child and our family. After paying the fees, the administration has shown no urgency in delivering the required books to my child, leaving them without essential study materials. Additionally, the process for transferring from one branch to another has taken over a month due to apparent negligence and laziness on your team's part. This delay has directly impacted my child's education—either the child suffers without resources, or parents like me must endure endless follow-ups. I have repeatedly tried contacting Ms. Ruchi Bhardwaj over the phone. She promised to revert but stopped picking up my calls. When I called from another number, she finally responded but dismissed my concerns by saying I must visit the branch office in person, as "they have a process that takes time," or opt for a refund—which also requires an in-person visit. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a complete lack of accountability post-fee collection. "
