I have over one year of experience teaching spoken English to students and beginners who struggle with communication. My teaching approach focuses on improving fluency, pronunciation, grammar usage, and vocabulary in practical, real-life conversations. I have worked with school students, job seekers, and homemakers to help them gain confidence in speaking English in day-to-day situations, interviews, and public settings. I conduct interactive sessions that include speaking drills, picture-based conversation, role-plays, storytelling, vocabulary-building games, and audio/video-based learning. I assess my students’ performance weekly and provide regular feedback, helping them overcome hesitation and develop clear, confident speech. I also focus on common errors made by Hindi-speaking learners and explain concepts in both English and Hindi when necessary. My sessions are always student-friendly, and I adapt my methods based on their comfort and speed of learning. Many of my students have successfully improved their fluency and now speak English comfortably in school, work, and social environments. My goal is not just to teach the language, but to make my students fall in love with speaking it naturally and confidently.To achieve this, I maintain a motivating environment where students are encouraged to speak without fear of making mistakes. I use confidence-building techniques, encourage group discussions when possible, and track progress to celebrate every small improvement.

मुझे स्पोकन इंग्लिश सिखाने का एक साल से अधिक का अनुभव है। मैंने ऐसे छात्रों और शुरुआती सीखने वालों को पढ़ाया है जिन्हें इंग्लिश बोलने में हिचकिचाहट होती थी या जो आत्मविश्वास की कमी महसूस करते थे। मेरा मुख्य फोकस होता है उनके उच्चारण, शब्दावली, व्याकरण की समझ और आत्मविश्वास को बेहतर बनाना ताकि वे रोजमर्रा की बातचीत, इंटरव्यू या सार्वजनिक मंचों पर अच्छे से बोल सकें। मैं अपनी कक्षाओं को संवादात्मक (इंटरएक्टिव) बनाती हूँ जहाँ मैं रोल-प्ले, कहानी सुनाना, शब्दों के खेल, पिक्चर-डिस्क्रिप्शन, और ऑडियो-वीडियो एक्सरसाइज़ का उपयोग करती हूँ। छात्रों की साप्ताहिक रूप से बोलने की क्षमता का मूल्यांकन करती हूँ और व्यक्तिगत सुझाव देकर उन्हें सुधारने में मदद करती हूँ। मैं हिंदी भाषी छात्रों की आम गलतियों को समझती हूँ और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अंग्रेज़ी के साथ-साथ हिंदी का भी उपयोग करती हूँ ताकि समझ आसान हो सके। मेरी पढ़ाने की शैली सरल, दोस्ताना और प्रोत्साहक होती है। मैंने कई छात्रों को इंग्लिश बोलने में आत्मविश्वासी बनते देखा है, जो अब स्कूल, कॉलेज और काम की जगह पर धाराप्रवाह बात कर पाते हैं। मेरा उद्देश्य केवल भाषा सिखाना नहीं, बल्कि छात्रों को इंग्लिश बोलने में सहज और रुचिकर बनाना है, ताकि वे बिना झिझक के अपने विचार व्यक्त कर सकें।
