Diksha Sharma

I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5, covering all subjects, and I have been actively involved in teaching for the past 6 years. Working with young learners has helped me understand how important it is to build strong fundamentals at an early stage, and I focus deeply on creating a solid academic base for every child.

I have completed my B.Com and Master of Commerce (M.Com.), along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). I am also a CTET-qualified teacher and hold a diploma in teaching. These academic qualifications and professional certifications have equipped me with strong subject knowledge as well as effective pedagogical skills required to teach primary-level students confidently.

Over the years, I have gained rich experience in handling students from different learning backgrounds and abilities. Teaching Classes 1 to 5 has helped me develop patience, creativity, and adaptability in my teaching style. I make consistent efforts to understand each student’s strengths and areas of improvement so that learning becomes comfortable and stress-free for them.

My teaching approach focuses on building concepts gradually and clearly. I believe that once students understand the basics well, their confidence and academic performance automatically improve. I pay close attention to reading, writing, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, which are essential at the primary level.

I follow a structured lesson plan for every class, ensuring that the syllabus is covered in a detailed and organized manner. At the same time, my classes are interactive and practical-based, encouraging students to ask questions, participate actively, and enjoy the learning process instead of memorizing concepts mechanically.

I use the whiteboard extensively to explain concepts step by step, making lessons more visual and easy to understand. I also revise topics regularly and provide sufficient practice to ensure better retention and clarity.

Whether teaching online or offline, my goal remains the same—to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel confident, motivated, and eager to learn. I am committed to helping my students grow academically while also developing discipline, curiosity, and self-belief.
