Kung fu is considered to be the mother of all martial arts. It does not only teach you combat but also teaches you more about your body and mind and how to heal it. Including healing by natural methods instead of seeking out pharmaceutical help. This art does not confine to a particular age group but can be learnt by people of all ages to help enrich their lives.
I was part of Shaolin Lee Kung Fu for around 12 years, and now I have acquired enough knowledge to teach. I am now starting my own venture offering personal training to those who are committed to incorporate disciple into their lives.
