I began my professional journey in 2001, working in the hospitality industry as a Chef, where I gained valuable experience in discipline, teamwork, and management. Working in a fast-paced industry taught me important lessons about leadership, time management, and handling real-world challenges, which I now share with my students during my training sessions.
Between 2003 and 2007, I also worked as a Lecturer, teaching Management and Hotel Management subjects. This experience strengthened my teaching abilities and helped me understand how to present complex concepts in a simple and practical manner. Later, from 2007 to 2011, I worked in the corporate sector, which provided me with first-hand exposure to professional work environments and industry expectations.
From 2011 to 2017, I worked as a Freelance Trainer, conducting various training programs for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 companies. These sessions focused on communication, professional etiquette, leadership skills, and personality development. I also explored entrepreneurship by running my own cloud kitchen for a year, where I handled operations and business management.
I am also a TTD – Train the Trainer certified professional, which further strengthened my ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions. My teaching approach combines practical learning with real-life insights, helping participants understand how soft skills directly influence personal growth and professional success.
My sessions are highly interactive and activity-based. I use PowerPoint presentations, role-plays, group discussions, practical exercises, and real-life case studies to make learning engaging and effective. I also incorporate insights from Vedic philosophy to help learners develop the right mindset, emotional balance, and clarity in decision-making.
Through my training programs, my goal is to help individuals become more confident communicators, effective leaders, and well-rounded professionals who can succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
