I'm a corporate banker, financial modeller and business strategist turned producer, showrunner, writer, musician, singer, voice trainer and music educator. My teaching method & objective is to help the student explore the world of music with logic, illustrations and activities which help them understand why they do what they do. The student understands the basic framework and builds on it to create patterns and styles of their own. I teach them a mix of different types of music, instruments, sounds, throat conditioning, voice culture, tips & hacks, a bit of vocal percussion and basic piano, in theory and application. Classes with me are a wholesome experience and not just another music class session, online and/or offline. I help my students hold an engaging conversation about music.
After a dire health setback, that led to introspection and a paradigm shift in career path from the Corporates to the Performing Arts, which helps me unwind, providing a surge of positivity and calm to handle the occasional spike in my stress levels. I'm also into part-time Independent Business Consulting, continuing to assist my clients, adding to my subject knowledge and domain contributions.
