Founded by a team of management professionals with over 15 years of diverse industry experience, Future Impact Learning has touched the lives of hundreds of students and professionals across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, by making communication fun with their 3P mantra!
The 3P methodology of learning (Prepare-Participate-Practice) has been proven to stimulate sustainable learning. The team of experienced facilitators inspire participants to prepare. This is followed by employing a range of tools viz., theatre, gamification, specially curated activities and focus group discussions, to ensure participation. Stimulating activity-based home assignments induce practice and complete the cycle of learning.
