IdentityI have undertaken several classes for masters and first year P.HD. Students at my stay in Italy. At junior level, I used to teach Biology to class X, XI, XII students (CBSE and state board).
My way of teaching is totaly based on practical illustration of concepts. I prefer to teach by giving examples from day to day life.
I am a trained biologist. I studied and worked on multidisciplinary field of Biology including botany, zoology, MicroBiology, marine ecology, Biotechnology, molecular Biology, genetics, genomics, Environmental Science. I am capable to teach varied areas of Biology. I prefer to teach by giving examples from day to day life.
In the very first class, I would like to know how much students have the prior knowledge of the subject, from where I will have to start. I can customized the way of explanation depending on the students capability to absorb the contents. I can speak good English and Hindi. I prefer to draw the topics on board or paper and then explain things more clearly. I expect active participation of the students. In every class, there will be 5 minutes of recap. During the class, I will ask students if they understand things, and I also plan surprise questions. I will take care of the queries they will have on the topics I teach them. I will also try to clarify the doubts they will have in their schools or colleges.
I believe my learning, knowledge, and experience in Biology will make it easier for my students to grasp subject.
