Hi, I am a singer, music producer, and educator from Kerala, India. Having completed a Bachelor's in Mathematics in 2016, I spent the next four years at AR Rahman's KM College of Music and Technology, Chennai, from where I acquired certifications in Hindustani Classical Singing, Western Classical Singing, and 'Foundation Certificate in Music' affiliated to the Middlesex University in London with Distinction. I have trained in Carnatic singing from my childhood under the likes of Dr. Sadanam Harikumar who was awarded The President's medal for teachers in 2015. I have sung as part of the chorus for music composers ranging from Dr. AR Rahman, Jerry Vincent, and performed for various gigs including 'ARR Live for Superstar Vijay's 'Bigil' Audio Launch' in 2019; and many professionally made music videos including originals and covers on YouTube and Social Media. I look forward to sharing singing exercises, compositions, and ideas that I have had the fortune to experience, from the Hindustani, Carnatic and Western traditions depending on the students interest and curiosity. I also wish to encourage the student with whatever musical endeavour they wish to indulge in, be it pop, folk or light music, and help make our lives more musical and delightful.
