Chandrani Ghosh

Chandrani is a certified Neuro Linguistic Professional (NLP) with about 15 years of global experience both in academia and corporate. She has spent most of her career holding senior management positions in the IT, ITES and Banking sector.
Starting with Lovelock & Lewes (now, PricewaterhouseCoopers) as Consultant, Chandrani worked with DSQ consulting, Samtech Infonet in managerial capacities, before moving on to a 10 year long career with HSBC (HDPI) where she ended up heading operations as an AVP, and also excelled in her training role.
As a successful corporate executive and behavior trainer, Chandrani has managed several Learning and Development programs and customized interventions for various firms, and has successfully delivered client programs across the country. For the last 15 years, she has been training people in Communication, Customer Orientation, Sales, and Continuous Learning & Leadership Coaching.
This MA graduate from University of Calcutta also holds diploma in Business Analysis & Operations from IFS Institute in Canterbury and a diploma from NIIT in Software concepts, analysis, design and development.

She also holds a certificate in Train the Trainer from Edge Academy, Bangalore. She is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner by David Lincoln, President of ANLP India.
