I am Monalisha Das, the Chief Technology Officer at CrustSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on training and placing BTech, MCA, and MTech students in the IT sector. With over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Spring Java Full Stack development, I have been dedicated to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements since 2009.
I hold a B.Tech and a Master's degree, which laid a strong foundation for my technical journey.
