Yog-Yukti

Ravi Ranjan Kumar, a calm and composed individual, is dedication and devotion personified. He is a man of few words who allows his work to speak for himself. An extremely hard-working person, he believes in the virtues of patience and perseverance. He is of the opinion that one should walk the middle path, neither let joy elate you nor allow sorrow to grieve you.

A fitness and health exponent, he has been a part of this industry for 13 years. He pursued his interest further by practising as a Fitness consultant and personal trainer. He realised the magic of Yoga when it cured him of severe backache which he had, due to an injury. Hence, for the last seven years, he has been teaching Yoga and propagating it as a way of life to people.

He worked with Artistic Yoga for a few years, then moved on and founded Yog Yukti in July 2012.

A bachelor’s student of Yoga and education, his portfolio consists of expertise in the art of Yoga, acupressure, reflexology and passive stretches. Ravi believes that teaching is learning twice and is an inexhaustible source of knowledge in matters of health and wellbeing.

His sphere of work involves conducting regular group classes in studios, customised weight loss/ therapeutic yoga sessions for individuals, Desktop Yoga/Shop floor Yoga sessions for corporate employees, stress management workshops, regular yoga classes for the company employees. He has held workshops in companies like FiserV, Cognizant Technologies, Vodafone and.
