A seasoned technical documentation professional with ten years of experience in writing high-quality documentation for an array of projects across multiple domains. I also have three years of experience in conducting classroom training sessions on various topics related to technical writing.

I am well-versed in using industry tools, processes, and standard practices; and I am versatile to work on projects from product, service, process, and R&D environment. I have an in-depth understanding of processes such as DDLC, Information Mapping, and Documentation and Knowledge Management.

As a part of my roles and responsibilities, I have prepared checklists and process-matrix for document planning, template design, knowledge transition or SME discussions, and document reviews. I have successively worked closely with project and delivery managers to have a holistic view of the projectâ??s lifecycle and have managed its execution from inception to final delivery and signoff.

As a professional and as an individual, I am strong-willed, committed, and organized. I strive at being a go-getter, task-oriented and problem-solver. I use my inquisitive nature to get to the crux of things. I aim at being versatile to work on an assortment of tasks simultaneously.
