I have been working as a teacher for the past twenty years. I hold a BSc and B.Ed degree, and my passion for teaching stems from my parents, who were government school teachers. Their dedication inspired me to pursue a career in education. I started teaching at HAL Public School, where I began as a teacher. I have worked at Chinmaya Vidyalaya for the past ten years, teaching students from various backgrounds. Recently, I made the exciting transition to Prakreaya Green Vidya School, where I have been teaching for the past four years. During my time here, the school has recognised and awarded me for my students' outstanding achievements. In the 2023 tenth board examinations, several of my students scored a perfect 100 out of 100, a testament to their hard work and my dedication as a teacher.
Teaching mathematics is not just a job; it is my passion. I specialise in teaching mathematics to students from sixth to tenth grade across different educational boards. I conduct classes for one hour every Monday to Friday. I carefully plan my lessons and incorporate activities engaging and stimulate student participation to ensure effective teaching and learning. Using tools like GeoGebra helps me explain mathematical concepts visually and interactively, making the subject more accessible and enjoyable for my students.
In addition to classroom instruction, I provide my students with comprehensive notes, recommend textbooks for further reading, assign homework, and regularly assess their progress through tests. I strongly believe in the importance of mental exercises, as they contribute to a well-rounded education for my students. I am dedicated to helping my students build a strong foundation in the subject and instilling a love for learning.
