I have been training with Tilak from the past 8 months and it has been a great experience. He is punctual, has worked as per my needs and abilities. When I started off I had an issue of neck catch so we had to go slow and eventually picked little intensity after 4 months of regular mindfully planned workouts. I fully recommend him.
