I am a Yoga practitioner for the last 17 years after giving borth to my first child I have completed my Teacher Training Certification from S-VYASA to enhance my skills and to pass on my knowledge to my pupils.

My personal motto to the students interested in persuing Yoga is "Yoga is not only about the mat and can be practiced anywhere. Age and body type is not a barrier for Yoga."

After practicing on my own getting certified to be abke to teach, my journey has lead me to CULTFIT where I have taught Yoga for the last one and a half years.

I am looking forward to pass my knowledge and learnings to people who are interested in learning this fine art of living called Yoga.
