I have been a certified personal trainer since 2015, with two years of experience at an all-women's fitness studio before transitioning to freelance training in 2018. With a decade of experience under my belt, I am deeply committed to helping individuals reach their health, fitness, and wellness aspirations. I emphasize the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as I believe these elements are intricately linked and essential for true health.
In addition to my personal training certification, I am also a certified yoga instructor and face yoga specialist.
