I started conducting these sessions at corporate houses, schools and at in-house workshops in the year 2010 as part of my startup called NaVaRaSa. I love that these trainings use hands on approaches form role play, interactive theatre, yoga, street theatre, simulations and elements from fine art that are met with the most enthusiasm among all age groups. In this open environment I can see a child-like wonder and there are no inhibitions. The learning that is assimilated is at its highest. I take into account the multiple intelligence learning model, my decade of experience as an IT professional, and most importantly the immediate need of the training context. The needs analysis is done and activities designed according to demographics, intent and environment well before. I also design feedback mechanisms with the stakeholders to make sure that the objective is met.
