I keep my approach simple and easy so that the student understands the concept of the given content. My teaching is based on differentiated instruction, which means I adapt to the inputs given by students.
I observe generally in students that most of the time they know the answers or solution but they lack in structuring the answer which is an important factor to score better marks.
Being a teacher i believe that motivating a child is the most important part of teaching which develops confidence and sense of responsibility in the child to perform better as well as excellent.
I have always inspired and trained my students to work for excellence and insured them that rest will follow their efforts.
I had some students which were scoring very less marks but when they started following the learning methods taught by me then not only their scores started improving but they were also able to visualize the difference between learning concepts instead of mugging up and memorizing the texts given in their text-books.
I believe that every child is a good learner the only thing they need is support and an advice to make them believe in themselves.
